Leadership Revolution is a ministry founded to develop leaders globally who will spread the gospel and make disciples in their arena of influence. People in every nation are in need of Christ as the difficulties rise globally. We don't lack for men, methods, money, and organizations to meet the needs. We do lack leaders through whom Christ can fully work. God is on mission and seeks to use anyone who is wholly devoted to Him. Leadership Revolution was founded to raise up leaders of the future – one in whom Christ lives and through whom He can lead.

Bruce Witt founded the ministry in 2008 to develop leaders with a biblical perspective and best practices to significantly impact their sphere of influence for God's kingdom. Bruce has over 30 years of experience working with, training, and mentoring executives. After 10 years as a marketing executive with Shell Chemical Company, Bruce was called to CBMC, a marketplace ministry, and where he worked for 20 years. He oversaw the national field ministry, training, resource development, and represented them globally.

 

Bruce Witt began his career in marketing for Shell Oil Company in the solid plastics area. He was led to join the Christian Business Men's Committee where he directed the U.S. field operations and authored several key curriculum for the ministry, including the Operation Timothy spiritual development series and the Lighthouse evangelism curriculum. 

In 2008, after seeing the tremendous need for leaders to understand and practice Christ as the Leader in their entire life, Bruce was led to form Leadership Revolution in order to establish a process that would help leaders truly allow Christ to be their leader.

 

Bruce has written curriculum and training resources and he regularly travels throughout the United States and the globe conducting workshops, conferences and train the trainer sessions to spread the vision and empower others to follow Christ as their leader.  Along with partner organizations and churches Bruce has trained thousands of leaders and trained hundreds of trainers who can also train others. 

 

Bruce has been married to his wife Dana for over 30 years and they have two grown sons, Robert and Andrew.

 

 

• Formed an international leadership development and consulting ministry working with leaders from over 50 countries. We equip business people in spiritual leadership and teambuilding through coaching, consulting, executive roundtables, and resource development.

• Provided oversight for Christian Business Men's Connection (CBMC) to the field management (28 staff and 6,000 volunteer businessmen.)

• Developed an internationally accepted leadership development process partnering with many international ministries such as CBMCI, Walk Thru the Bible, Compass, FCA, Priority Associates, CBMC India, and Indonesia.

• Facilitated consulting projects to reorganize and reposition two USA businesses for future growth and sustainability. Maximum Resources and Go-Go Mosquito.

• Organized and led mission teams that offered numerous leadership and ministry tools that are utilized globally.

• Oversaw the primary authorship for publishing Operation Timothy, a marketplace discipleship tool, which has been used in 70 countries and has been translated into 14 languages.

• Recognized as a top marketing executive with Shell Chemical Company.

• Key strengths are in organizational leadership, people management, and strategic planning.
