Our 2025 Mid-Year Ministry Update from Calson Nyathi

Our master trainer, Calson Nyathi, continues to commit his fulltime focus on training with Leadership Revolution. The goal is to train leaders in eight countries and engage three more trainers to do the work in Southern Africa.
Calson is married and has four children, and he felt the call of God when he was 22 years old. He was then trained and ordained while working with the church. Today, he is training pastors and church leaders around Zimbabwe in all ten provinces. Here is his 2025 mid-year report –
One Leader Training in Kadoma
153 leaders gathered for the training in the city of Kadoma for three successive days.
Great testimonies were heard from the leaders as some of them had to openly say, “I have been a leader for so many years, and yet I was not meeting the leadership standards. With the help of God from now on, I believe in myself that having been equipped in such a manner. I will be a fruitful leader in my church, community, and my own family.”

One Leader Training in Jeqe, Matopo
This is the first community One Leader training in Jeqe, Matopos area where 48 various community committees gathered for the training. We are praying that God will open more doors in 2026 for such community trainings.
We see the Village Head expressing his gratitude saying, “We need these trainings often so that we become better leaders in our communities.” The training ran for two days.

Mutare Training in February
54 leaders total came together for the One Leader Training that consisted of church pastors, four community leaders, and 29 church leaders.

Chinhoyl Training in April

As our friends and ministry partners, we hope that these updates are encouraging for you. Please continue to pray for the work being done in these regions, as they need regular favor, wisdom, and protection as they serve.
