Lighting Up the Villages: A Bold Kingdom Advance in Andhra Pradesh
James Bandela, together with the Leadership Revolution team and Cross Ministries, has been on a relentless mission this year—making 20 courageous trips across Andhra Pradesh and its bordering states. Their passion? Reaching the unreachable with the hope of Christ.
Venturing into rugged tribal villages—many only accessible by foot or rugged roads—the team has been fearlessly spreading the Gospel through church planting, evangelism, discipleship, and leadership training. These aren’t just visits—they’re lifelines to communities longing for truth and transformation.
So far this year, 10 intensive leadership training trips have equipped over 500 leaders with practical tools and spiritual insight. But it doesn’t stop there. James and his team are committed to weekly follow-ups with each leader, helping ensure that what’s learned gets lived—and multiplied. Through these leadership gatherings, five new churches have already been planted!
Meanwhile, the team also embarked on 10 Gospel-focused trips, holding 30 powerful evangelistic meetings. In the midst of increasing persecution, many of these gatherings take place secretly under cover of night—and yet, 130 people have come to Christ! New believers are being discipled and connected to local churches, even in the face of growing hostility.
The hunger for the Gospel is deep, and hearts are opening wide—even as opposition grows from radical Hindu groups. Still, God is moving mightily.

One of the key tools in this mission has been The One Leader Training, which is leaving a lasting mark. Pastors are rising up in strength, vision, and Christ-like character—shepherding house churches with renewed purpose in some of the most isolated places on the map.
From village to village, city to city, the Gospel is advancing. And this is just the beginning.
Unstoppable Mission: OFHM’s Reach Across 7 Regions and Beyond
Our Father’s Home Ministry (OFHM) leads three primary ministries: training pastors and planting churches, investing in orphans, and caring for widows. The church planting and pastor training focuses on preaching the gospel to the unreached people groups and villages in Andhra Pradesh. They focus on the rural villages, mountain villages and where there are no churches to be found. In addition to the pastor training, church planting and outreach they serve 36 orphans under their care and 30 widows.
Leadership Revolution’s partnership with OFHM has been in pastor training in the areas of discipleship, evangelism, and leadership. We have been working over the last three years doing monthly training and sending pastors out to plant churches and preach the gospel.
OFHM’s ongoing ministry this year includes:
- Training 150 Pastors on a monthly basis with teaching on biblical leadership, evangelism, and discipleship (these pastors cover a 200km radius of Peddapuram divided into 7 Regions outreach).
- Witnessing 3,000 people come to Christ this year.
- Planting 50 new churches
- Overseeing and ministering to 3,750 people in their house churches.
- Serving in the following regions: Salmon Gandham Buli Veerraji – Peddapuram, Andhra Pradesh
