Global leadership development continues in regions throughout the world by God’s grace and favor. Please celebrate with us as we share these mid-year stories of impact of the work being done in the following areas –
We are training leaders through several global ministries: Harvesters Ministries – South Africa, For his Glory – Nigeria and the Congo, and MELTI / 4G3 training in 23 Arabic speaking countries throughout the Middle East.
We also completed leadership development with the Continent and Country Leaders of Africa.
For His Glory – Nigeria, Congo
For His Glory’s Training for Trainers (T4T) Team from Nigeria has conducted training for 130 Pastors in the Nation of Cameroon. For His Glory’s team answered the Lord’s call to bring hope to the people of Cameroon where they trained 130 pastors and church leaders on how to launch a T4T disciple-making movement. FHG uses the One Leader Training materials to further equip leaders to be more effective and work with His supernatural power.
Evangelist Grace Samson, For His Glory’s T4T Director for Nigeria, and Ephraim Audu, For His Glory’s T4T Trainer, reported that although there was a need for deeper knowledge of the Word of God, the people of Cameroon are hungry and eager to learn. Also, the pastors and church leaders loved the T4T manual and disciple-making model and are already putting it to work in their churches and communities. They are expecting to see similar results in Cameroon like we are already seeing in Nigeria as over 125,000 people per month are receiving Christ through the T4T discipleship movement there!
MELTI – Egypt and Middle East
MELTI is the largest Christian leadership training group in the Middle East working in some 23 Arabic speaking countries. They continue to use the One Leader Training, The Power of Attitude, and Victory in Mountains and Valleys resources in these training events.
